Nice! Consider also adding tests to prove these capabilities out a bit more. Given that visualization is involved, it could be helpful to rapidly perform a visual test as well (something static perhaps but that would change in the source diff if something changed).
… be stacked as N, C, H, W following extraction, which is more natural, as opposed to returning as list of C, H, W arrays. Also enrich the extraction function to best effort retrieve real channel names and title plots with that. Also separated metric eval as separate module as visualization utils.
